Role

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic Programme Manager (UNCRC Implementation/Capacity Building). This is a critical role, responsible for the management, development, delivery and reporting on a portfolio of programmes which raise awareness, instil confidence and build the capacity of adults and organisation to deliver children’s human rights.

Internally, the Programme Manager will take a lead role in supporting the Head of Programmes to develop and implement an organisation wide monitoring and evaluation framework which effectively evidences and communicates the impact of a children’s human rights approach.

The post holder will be able to quickly and effectively take up their role and make an immediate contribution to the organisation.

An excellent manager, communicator and networker, the post holder will contribute to our work to support implementation of the UNCRC and deliver human rights for children.
