Role

Partnerships for Wellbeing (P4W) is a small and successful charity. Our small, but dedicated and friendly team, work to improve health, wellbeing and independence for people in communities in and around the Inverness area through the delivery of health walks and community transport services.

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and team-oriented Manager to lead and develop the charity and its activities as we adapt to the ‘new normal’.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, first-hand knowledge of the small charities sector, and previous success in project management, business planning and income generation.

You will support a small team of committed staff to deliver successful projects, identify new opportunities, and be able to establish relationships with a range of external partners and funders, to secure the long-term delivery of our objectives.
