This temporary maternity-cover position in the Fundraising Campaigns Manager role is pivotal in the development and ongoing management of innovative and transformative fundraising marketing campaigns. We need a dynamic and focused individual with marketing and fundraising experience who can motivate, drive ambitious targets, lead a small team and secure engagement from across the entire organisation.
You will have experience in direct marketing including digital media, social media and be an excellent communicator. You’ll have a proven track record in leading in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns and be able to demonstrate your direct impact on the success of these campaigns. Most importantly, you’ll be creative, willing to learn, curious, and the phrase “that’s the way we’ve always done it” doesn’t feature in your vocabulary.
Working primarily with the Head of Supporter Engagement but supporting the entire fundraising and communications directorate, the focus on this post will be to lead fundraising campaign strategies that maximise the lifetime value of our supporters.

This role will be a fast-paced, exciting role for someone who enjoys a challenge. No two days are the same and the joy of launching a campaign which engages and inspires people to donate (often for the first time) to help dying children and their families is immeasurable. We are looking for the ideal candidate to have strong experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns, with strong digital marketing experience and outstanding copywriting skills, so they can hit the ground running:
