Options Ayrshire has a busy short breaks service for children and young people with additional support needs, including severe learning and physical disabilities. In addition to this, the service offers outreach to families and is also involved in the managing and running of day care facilities for young people through an Out of School Club as well as a busy Easter and summer playscheme.
Working as part of the staff team you will ensure that the highest level of physical and emotional care is provided to the children and young people using the Out of School Club. Ideally, you will have experience of working with this group of young people.
