Supporting our older tenants to sustain their tenancies within our sheltered housing, you will have previous experience of working with older people, preferably within a housing setting. Responsible for signposting tenants to appropriate specialist support, undertaking health and safety checks for communal areas and assisting with social support activities.
You will offer support with kindness and compassion and engage with a diverse range of older people. Establishing friendly relations with tenants and encourage them to participate in decisions which affect their lives.
