· Identify and work with LEROs to develop existing infrastructures within their organisation, i.e. supporting LEROs to understand the process of designing, developing, managing and evaluating their business plan and strategies.
· Support existing and new LEROs to apply for both core grant and project funding whilst advising them on best practices surrounding the management of successful funding awards.
· Work with LEROs to help them understand the legalities of incorporating their organisation. Advising on the different types of charitable status within Scotland and consulting on the correct status for their LERO.
