Ark is looking for an OD Business Partner who is passionate about learning and people development to implement and develop a robust, proactive, and comprehensive approach to the management and provision of learning opportunities across Ark.
A large focus of the role involves designing, delivering and evaluating bespoke organisational learning interventions. In this strategic role you will work collaboratively across Ark leading the strategy for qualification (SVQ) and advising on all aspects Organisational Development whilst introducing new learning and development approaches for our people ensuring that they align with Ark's new vision, mission and values.

We are ideally looking for someone with a methodical & thorough approach to problem solving and a background working in a strategic L&D role with solid technical skills. As well as having the experience of leading, managing and coaching a team which is focussed on implementing quality frameworks to drive organisational change.
The OD team works in a solutions focused culture and we would expect you to work on your own initiative and make decisions based on a practical understanding of Organisational Development. We are looking for a proactive individual that will buy into this culture and drive our learning agenda forward.

Ark is a major provider of Housing, Care and Support to people with long term and enduring conditions such as learning disability, mental health issues, dementia and autism. Our aim is to ensure that those who use our services get the very best out of Ark to enable them to live a good life. This is an exciting OD role and comes at a time where Ark have undertaken a major piece of work where we have reviewed and developed our Business Plan for the next 5 years and beyond.
