Role

Cyrenians is a charity working towards a society that truly values and includes all. Our Vision is of an inclusive society in which we all have the opportunities to live valued and fulfilled lives. We work to make that vision a reality through our mission to stop homelessness by supporting people excluded from family, home, work or community on their life journey.

This exciting new post has been created as a result of recent growth, to provide organisational support to our two Directors of Services. Cyrenians has a diverse portfolio of 25 services working with individuals, families and communities to tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness. Directors of Services, as members of the Leadership Team, play a key role in delivering on our corporate strategy.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to carry out a range of administration and coordination tasks in a professional and efficient manner, and in line with our values.

You will be highly organised, enjoy variety, and have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

You should have a creative approach, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the confidence to work with minimum supervision.

The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience and passion for working across services, be motivated by our cause and have the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians’ values of compassion, respect, integrity and innovation in the work that you do.
