We have exciting opportunities for people to join our Midlothian Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Team. These posts are funded by Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership.
Successful applicants will facilitate and co-facilitate recovery-focused, and trauma informed groups as well as deliver time-managed, outcome focused one to one support. You will work in a person centered and strength-based way. One to one support and groups will be delivered in various community venues across Midlothian or on video platforms such as Zoom. Successful applicants may appropriately use lived experience to support others.
All staff are currently working in a blended way with access to an office base for essential work, risk assessed community work, and homeworking. Travel is required across Midlothian. Flexibility in working hours will also be expected to meet the needs of people we support.
