ELCAP is a Scottish charity which provides care and support for individuals who are affected by learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems.
A vacancy has created a rare opportunity to join our leadership team at an exciting time in our organisation’s development. Reporting to our Chief Executive, our Business Manager will lead our business support functions, help us evidence our impact and ensure that everyone involved with ELCAP has a quality experience.
We are looking for someone who has sound management skills, is passionate about business improvement and has the drive to enable our organisation to become the recognised gold standard in social care.
The purpose of the post is to support the effective and efficient management of ELCAP and to increase our organisation’s impact, reach and resources. The post has five areas of responsibility:
This is a permanent, full-time post of 39 hours per week.
Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme
The post requires a degree of contact with children and vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be required to join the Protecting of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. The PVG Scheme is managed and delivered by Disclosure Scotland
