The role of the Deputy Head – Clinical Services will support the Head of Service Delivery to develop and deliver a range of service solutions that will meet the needs of people living with all of our conditions including Long COVID, clearly demonstrating the impact of these services for people, the systems in which we operate and potential funders/donors. The postholder will lead the Clinical Services Team which will oversee the delivery of operational element of the Services Plan with a specific focus on geographic clinical service delivery in line with our No Life Half Lived Strategy.

Candidates must have a recognised professional qualification / registration within heath and/or social care such as NMC or HCPC registration. Individuals should also be able to lead motivate, engage, inspire and develop staff whilst leading teams through change in a positive and constructive manner. You should have a track record of managing clinical based services, as well as experience of clinical service design, continuous improvement and experience of service evaluation and audit. Networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders is also essential.
