Change Grow Live provide a wide range of services across Scotland, these include West Lothian Assertive Outreach and Criminal Justice Service and West Lothian Recovery Service.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our management team, leading the high-quality delivery of recovery focused interventions. The locality manager will ensure a shared achievement of goals for both services in West Lothian.
Reporting to the Scotland Services Manager, you will support the strategic and operational leadership for the service, working with senior members of a range of key stakeholders and partnership organisations.
You will have experience of managing contracts, an understanding of social care and criminal justice systems, including an in-depth knowledge of substance use and recovery. Experience of effective partnership working at a senior level, including superior negotiating skills and relationship building to forge collaborative relationships. Experience of project development, innovation and implementation.
Experience of leadership including staff supervision, appraisal and development, data collection systems, report writing and IT systems and the ability to identify service gaps and areas of development and the ability to adopt a solution focused and open-minded approach.
