Are you an experienced administrator, comfortable with financial information, petty cash and developing spreadsheets? If so we want to hear from you.
We are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join your new Options Fife- Housing Support service. Our new service will be home to 4 young people aged 16 plus who will all have their own individual flat. You will work 12 hours per week, hours will be worked flexibly in line with service demand and availability can be discussed at interview.
You will support the service with general and financial administrative tasks including the co-ordination of recruitment paperwork for volunteers joining the service. You will have administrative experience gained through working within a busy office or social care environment. You will be comfortable working with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and be able to create spreadsheets and deal with numerical information. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will have a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or equivalent experience
