Barnardo's Ayrshire Attainment Services has developed with the introduction of the Scottish Attainment Challenge (SAC) and Pupil Equity Funding (PEF), since 2017. Staff in the Ayrshire Attainment Service work within Primary Schools and Secondary Schools in Ayrshire. We provide holistic family support in partnership with Education to deliver the aims of the Scottish Raising Attainment Challenge.

Initial Specific Responsibilities
Most work will be undertaken within school through individual and group work. Specific pieces of families work will be undertaken within the family home, for workers to build essential links between school and home. The aim of the work is to provide some or all of the following activities to:
