We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide support to the Health Defence and Physical Activity Programmes. The Health Defence programme focusses on the secondary prevention and self-management of our conditions. Funding granted by the Glasgow Communities Fund enables Health Defence 2.0 to build on the foundations of our pilot project in Drumchapel, with expansion into Maryhill and roll out of our physical activity strategy in these communities.

The role includes but is not limited to; database management; supporting volunteer recruitment and training requirements; supporting regular meetings and steering groups; assisting at health improvement events and health walks. Applications are welcome from candidates with relevant experience who are organised, motivated, with good communication skills and are able to manage competing demands for support across multiple projects.
