We are looking for a proactive practitioner with previous experience of dealing with traumatic events, and knowledge of ACE’s would be advantages. This skilled enthusiastic individual should be able to offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches in order to positively impact upon a wide range of people involved within the Rangers Charity Foundation services and activities.

You must have a minimum of 3 years counselling experience and in addition be able to provide specialist support for any individuals affected by sexual abuse in Scottish football. You will further be required to offer a range of therapies across all areas of the Foundation’s work to enhance the opportunity for a more positive outcome for young people and adults.
You will help to direct and shape this in–house therapy service for individuals and community groups and to actively promote the wide range of service available, by delivering information sessions to a range of partners city wide and beyond. Your professionalism, adaptability and capabilities will encourage trust and respect when creating links within a multi-agency setting.
This unique role will be for an initial two-year fixed term (full-time), the continuation of which will be assessed no later than three months prior to the end of the two-year period.
