We are seeking a Guest Engagement Manager to create a diverse programme of individual and group activities within and out with Leuchie.
You will lead a small team and work closely with the other teams across Leuchie, to ensure a highly tailored programme meets or exceeds the high expectations of Leuchie’s guests.
Leuchie House is all about ensuring guests have a great time when they are with us. In this way their carers can have a break away from their loved one, knowing that their loved one is having at least as good a time as they are.
Our highly skilled nursing and care teams enable guests to have that great time and enjoy a diverse range of activities.
The job requires a high level of commitment in adapting to our environment. Support will be given, so enthusiasm and a readiness to learn on the job are the most important starting points.
