ENABLE Works are recruiting for a Digital Diversity Specialist, to bring in skills and abilities in developing new and exciting services and support, for young people in Dundee.
Your role as a Digital Diversity Specialist within ENABLE Works is to play an integral role in the development of a Digital Creativity Hub, in partnership with D&A College, to provide specialist training and support, alongside the established Digital Dundee partnership being delivered for neurodivergent individuals, interested in learning more about the digital sectors of employment.
You will work closely with learners and play a key role in identifying referrals for the Digital Dundee course, working closely with referral partners and organisations. You will support learners through courses, in collaboration with D&A College faculty. You will work with every learner, to ensure they progress into a positive destination, including supporting learners to secure paid employment opportunities, within the digital and tech sectors, whilst ensuring aftercare is delivered for every learner.
You will lead on partnership building with key employers in the digital and tech sectors in Dundee, and across Tayside, creating new links and partnerships to create opportunities for our clients and learners. This will require high-level negotiation and partnership skills, and ideally you will already have established relationships to build from.
