Cyrenians believes that the coming years are going to be very challenging, not least in the current economic climate but also as we start to emerge from the Covid 19 pandemic. To this end, the ambition of our Social Enterprise projects is to increase both the number of people we serve and the level of earned income. It is therefore an exciting time to join the social enterprises team and this role is a key support for the management for those enterprises.
The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a diverse workload and have a flexible approach. A solid knowledge of Microsoft office is essential and a knowledge and ability to learn new systems and databases (such as CRM systems) is crucial. Excellent organisational/project management and interpersonal skills, as well as drive and a positive attitude, are also a must ; as is the ability to demonstrate our values of Compassion, Respect, Integrity and Innovation in the work that you do.
