Role

Reporting to the People Development Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing administration support in all of the People Development team’s functions, which include: recruitment and selection of employees and volunteers; HR service support to the organisation, including payroll, pensions and benefits, contracts and notices, absence management, and submitting PVG and disclosure applications; employee relations; volunteer engagement; learning and development; workforce health and wellbeing; workforce equality and diversity; workforce recognition and reward.

This role will be subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
