Role

Cyrenians offers a variety of support to people within the Falkirk area to address the barriers they face to accessing services, employment, volunteering opportunities, as well as tackling social isolation.

This new role will work with individuals involved in Justice Services and subject to Community Supervision, to help them reintegrate into the community. You will help them understand and adhere to the conditions of their licence or order. You will also provide support and advice on budgeting, employment, daily living skills and physical and mental wellbeing. This will include weekend working as part of a new drive by Falkirk Services to provide flexible support.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a flexible approach and experience of working with people on an outreach basis - including home visits and one-to-one appointments. You must have an understanding of Justice Services and the challenges faced by those involved with them; as well as the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians values of Compassion, Respect, Integrity and Innovation in the work that you do.
