We are currently looking for an HR and Governance Officer to join the team in this full-time permanent post. The successful candidate will provide a quality HR support to the organisation, in a generalist HR role. The role offers scope to develop and grow as an HR practitioner and enhance the work of Venture Trust across Scotland. You will help shape Venture Trust’s HR policies and procedures including developing employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and reward and recognition. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our HR information system and associated electronic and paper records. You will also collaborate with colleagues to help implement our Developing People Strategy and support learning and development across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will also provide high quality administration support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees. You will be responsible for organising diaries and meetings and associated travel for the Senior Leadership Team, co-ordinating Venture Trust events, supporting the preparation and distribution of Board papers, and taking minutes at meetings.
