Role

Do you believe in second chances?

Do you have the energy and commitment it takes to support someone to turn their life around?

Then come and work with us.

The team behind the award-winning Street&Arrow social enterprise is launching a new programme to help navigate those at risk of becoming involved in violence towards a more positive future. Run by charity Braveheart Industries in partnership with the innovative Scottish Violence Reduction Unit, this pioneering programme will be working side-by-side with communities in the north of Glasgow.

We need two dedicated individuals to forge strong relationships with people and services in the area. Using a trauma-informed approach you will work with people of all ages and from every walk of life, supporting them in making positive changes.

You must be a skilled communicator who has an ability to connect with people facing a challenging range of issues. A team player you will work closely with partners across the city to achieve the right outcomes for those we’re supporting.

This post is initially funded until March 2022 with extension subject to successful funding.
