Role

Gavin’s Mill is situated in the heart of Milngavie, a vibrant and diverse community and at the gateway to the Highland Way. Our customers come from near and far to find original, ethical gifts and homewares from around the world, fairly traded and locally sourced wholefoods and to enjoy delicious light lunches and homemade cakes in the Café or by the river on one of our outdoor terraces.

This exciting role will enable the right person to develop the café and kitchen to its full potential. The role involves managing a flourishing, friendly, community café, supported by paid and volunteer staff. You will also manage the kitchen volunteer teams, undertake all food sourcing and co-ordinate food preparation to supply the café.
