As Chair of the Board of Directors, you’ll lead the Board and the Senior Management team to set, evolve and communicate the future company strategy, at all times, acting on behalf of the Shareholder. You’ll provide leadership and support to the Managing Director and chair the management board in their role to build and maintain core Service Delivery, establish a post Covid-19 service delivery model as well as balancing the delivery of superior cost savings through operational excellence whilst continuing to develop a five-star service for service users.
You’ll have a strong track record and demonstrable experience at a senior leadership level within a customer facing commercial, public sector and / or social care sector, and preferably have previous Chair and NED experience. You’ll also have a track record of leading a growth / improvement agenda and experience of working within a complex governance and audit environment. In addition, you will have the ability to constructively challenge decisions, be innovative and drive change.
This post attracts an allowance of £500 per day (plus reasonable expenses incurred will be reimbursed in line with Bon Accord Care Ltd’s expenses policy).
