As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live, you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities

The West Lothian Assertive Outreach and Criminal Justice Service is a well-established and exciting service covering the whole of West Lothian providing a range of interventions to individuals who are affected by substance misuse and multiple complex issues that can exclude them from accessing the support package they need.

Service provision includes persistent assertive outreach to support individuals to access appropriate care packages. The team deliver interventions in a variety of locations including custody suites, prison estate, hospital, local community clinics and within client's homes or temporary accommodation.

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field. Also necessary is a commitment to multi-agency partnership working, excellent communication skills and experience of working within an outcome focused approach.
