For the past 40 years Port of Leith HA has been actively providing high quality affordable housing and promoting the ongoing regeneration of Leith and neighbouring communities in North Edinburgh. Our ambition is “to make Leith the best place to be”. We have an exciting new build programme of approximately 850 units over the next 5 years, including a Passivhaus development and 400 new homes at Granton Harbour.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide advice and assistance to our customers to help them to prepare for, manage and sustain tenancies by providing a range of practical help and advice. Reporting to the team leader, you will be part of the tenancy support team of four people and will contribute to the overall effectiveness of that team.
You will use your excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to provide an innovative, effective, efficient and responsive service to our customers and to be an active team player.
You should have a good general level of education (equivalent to Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 6). You should have at least 2 years’ related experience in tenancy support/sustainment.
