Role

The post: Rock Trust are delighted to be expanding our successful Housing First for Youth and Housing Support services into Fife. The Team Leader role provides an opportunity to lead this innovative venture, based on well-researched methods used across the world. These services will support homeless and/or care experienced young people to transition to permanent, independent accommodation.

The post holder will be expected to:

• Play a leading role in the development of our Fife services

• Lead and manage a team of high performing service delivery staff

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with key partners

• Promote and share evaluation, learning and best practice

Who we are

Rock Trust is Scotland’s leading youth specific homelessness charity. We work with young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of, or who are experiencing homelessness. Our aim is to end youth homelessness in Scotland by ensuring that every young person has access to expert youth specific services to assist them to avoid, survive and move on from homelessness.
