We are looking to attract a friendly, people-person as our Administrator to join our team at Jordanhill Parish Church, which is a Church of Scotland congregation in Glasgow.
Role and key skills
The successful candidate will assist the Minister and members of the congregation in fulfilling our vision. Communication, organisational and IT skills are essential, as well as self-motivation and discretion. The position requires someone who is a good team player and who is also able to work independently.
Key duties include day to day office administration, communication with colleagues, members of the congregation and local community, and assistance with accounting.
Hours of work
The post requires 30 hours per week during school term time, with a reduced commitment during school holidays.. A job-share, or two positions to make up the hours may be considered.
