Support in Mind Scotland has an exciting opportunity to join our Edinburgh team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about making a real difference by working closely with both statutory and voluntary partners and taking a person-centred collaborative approach to the delivery of personal outcomes that improves people’s mental wellbeing and gives them choice and control over their lives.
In this varied role, you will be one of the first point of contacts for people approaching the Thrive team for support, and will work closely with the Thrive Welcome Team and the wider Public Social Partnership Group to ensure that people are supported and connected into wider community networks that are right for them.

Together we will deliver a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency response to people, so they receive the right help at the right time.
Who are we looking for
We are seeking someone who has direct experience of supporting people with their mental health, including people living with complex issues, and who can demonstrate an ability to enable people to develop their own recovery plans whist assessing and managing risk appropriately.
You should be able to evidence partnership working and bring a sound knowledge of the Edinburgh health and social care landscape. You should also be willing to embrace a culture of shared learning and reflection to bring creative solutions to the team.
You should have ideally and SVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification or be prepared to work towards achieving that standard.
