Role

Due to continuous growth in our workplace wellbeing area, SAMH are now recruiting to our Workplace team to help us improve Scotland’s mental health by training and building capacity in organisations to enable them to effectively supporting their staff needs around mental health and wellbeing.

Around since 1923, SAMH operates over 50 services in communities across Scotland providing mental health social care support, addictions and employment services, among others. These services, together with national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, physical activity and sport; inform SAMH’s policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.

The Workplace team supports this work through delivering training to organisations both big and small, helping them learn how to support the mental health of their staff.

You’ll deliver training in mental health and wellbeing to various organisations in order to inspire them and to support them to establish and sustain a culture of positive mental health in the workplace with our bespoke training products. You’ll also help us develop our materials, making sure they meet the needs of all of our clients.

You should be a highly experienced trainer, able to deliver training face to face and on line and hold the attention of a group of busy people! You are confident to use technology, organised and flexible. You’ve developed great training that delivers the right outcomes, and you’re happy to deliver training to all levels of staff and management. Come and join us.
