Youth & Community Development Officer (Tayside)

Role

We are looking for an experienced youth worker to support the delivery of our youth services across Tayside, to work as part of the Youth Work Team in supervising staff, delivering training and capacity building, and creating opportunities for young people. The post holder will work in partnership with key local stakeholders and be responsible for the development of our work with LGBT people, groups and networks in Tayside.

Are you able to deliver high quality youth work to LGBT young people through youth group work programmes and through individual one to one support? Do you have a good understanding of LGBT identities and inclusion, youth participation & community engagement?
