Place for Hope is a Scottish Charity, passionate about developing peacemakers in faith communities. We accompany people experiencing conflict and equip and train people to navigate change and conflict well. To deliver this service, we are privileged to have a highly trained, multi-denominational team of volunteer Practitioners who have expertise in mediation, training and facilitation. This new fixed term post of Reconciliation and Mediation Team Manager will support the charity by overseeing all work relating to the provision of a Practitioner team for the delivery of Place for Hope’s core services within three regions (NW and Mann, London and East of England) of the Methodist Church as a pilot project. The post-holder will equip and support a volunteer Reconciliation and Mediation Team to provide the pilot service. The post holder will share the vision and ethos of Place for Hope.
