Are educated to degree level and hold a relevant clinical qualification.

Have experience in service development and improvement within the care sector and have a comprehensive understanding of NHS commissioning processes.

Have demonstrable success in leading change and in multidisciplinary team management.

St Andrew’s Hospice in Airdrie was opened by the Religious Sisters of Charity in 1986 & provides Specialist Palliative Care for up to 120 patients from across North and South Lanarkshire each week.
