We are currently recruiting a Friendship Supervisor to deliver and develop our telephone based community connecting and friendship services.
Supporting the Telephony Manager and Telephony Assistant Manager, this exciting role will involve recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, shaping the future of our friendship services and line management of staff as the service grows.
We are looking for someone with experience of developing and supporting the delivery of telephone services, volunteer management and a history of supporting vulnerable people.
