We offer vital advice, support and information to those affected so that they can live the lives they want to live and influence public policy to ensure that people get the services that they need. Our renewed ambition is to become Scotland’s leading organisation for person-centred, user-led community support for people with our health conditions.

The charity is looking for a talented and experience senior manager who combines both rigour of approach with a genuine desire to continually push the boundaries of how we support people to live the consequence of significant health event in their lives. You will lead a small but talented Development Team that will ensure that CHSS remains relevant in an ever-changing external environment. Through your leadership you will ensure that the charity is focused on ensuring that all CHSS solutions are thoroughly grounded with lived experience and that we are able to demonstrate the impact we make to the lives of people living with our condition, the value we add to the systems in which we operate and the incentive for people to give back to the CHSS cause.

CHSS employees enjoy a variety of organisational benefits including: Company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, company sick pay, employee welfare support and life assurance
