Project Scotland, is delighted to announce that it has been asked to support the delivery of the Young Persons Guarantee by the Scottish Government, this will enable us to reach more young people and support them in their journey to a positive destination through volunteering. We are therefore looking to grow our team.
We are looking to recruit 2 mentor project officers to help manage our national mentoring programme.
All the posts have the potential to be full time but we are willing to offer more flexible arrangements to suit individual circumstances. Roles will be offered until 31st March 2021 when the posts will be reviewed. We are anticipating further demand for our services, and we are therefore also looking to develop a pool of potential candidates.
Job Purpose
The Mentor Project Worker will report directly to the Mentor Manager. The role will involve various admin related tasks, engaging with the young people we support and the opportunity to support or lead on some of the digital and more creative aspects of what we do within the Team.
