We are looking for an excellent Advice Team Manager with the desire to deliver a high quality, target driven, customer focused advice service within the Home Energy Scotland Advice Centre South East
Home Energy Scotland provides a range of energy efficiency, renewables, transport and water advice to customers, as well as helping people access funding support to feel warmer, save money and live more sustainably, reducing their carbon impact.
You will be experienced in managing a call centre, with a target driven motivational style that will inspire staff to perform. With proven leadership skills you will direct a team of Energy Advisors, which includes established team members alongside newly appointed team members, committed to achieving outstanding results for customers. You will have a coaching approach for engaging and empowering staff to achieve their full potential.
With a commitment to excellent customer service and an interest in the environment you will be highly organised with an ability to develop and deliver efficient and straightforward processes.
