Simon Community Scotland’s vision is for everyone to have a safe place to live with access to the help they need. We support adults and young people who are homeless and sleeping rough by providing them with emergency shelter as well as homes in the community.
We work with people so that they can resolve their homelessness as quickly as possible. We maintain contact with people – in diverse circumstances – so that we can help them address the underlying reasons for their homelessness and get the support they need, recover and thrive.
A Support Worker post is the ideal opportunity for an individual with experience of working with homeless people or rough sleepers and great support/case working skills to advance their career with our amazing charity.
In this role, you will discover a supportive, communicative environment where we are all focused on the same goal of reducing homelessness and providing safe, secure accommodation for people who have experienced rough sleeping.
