Turning Point Scotland is a national social care charity providing services to people with addictions, learning disabilities, mental health issues, those in the criminal justice system and those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

In North Lanarkshire, We are a Self Directed Support Service, We work with people who have a variety of needs, this may include physical and or learning disabilities, mental health conditions and personality disorders, acquired brain injuries, early onset dementia and people who may have complex support needs and forensic histories.
Our service principal is to promote independence and choice and to work with the people we support to enable them to lead the life they choose. We will support people to access ordinary life experiences including education, employment and social activities as well as providing support to sustain and develop relationships and skills for everyday living including budgeting, personal care and domestic skills for the person to maintain their own home.
The support we provide is always person centred, we also involve people who know the person well, and this may include family & friends, other professionals and staff members.
