SUPPORT WORKERS (Ref: N836), FTC until 30/6/21

£18,135 - £19,566 (pro rata), FT & PT

SAMH is currently looking to recruit a Full Time & Part Time Support Workers across our North Lanarkshire Support Service . As a key worker we expect you to establish positive relationships and offer practical and emotional support to the people who use our services and have severe and enduring mental health problems.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a mature and caring attitude and possess excellent listening and communication skills. You should already have extensive experience of working in the field of mental health or social care, and must be able to demonstrate a high degree of skill in report writing, assessing client need and developing professional support plans. SVQ Level II in care or equivalent is highly desirable.

This post will involve flexible working across the North Lanarkshire Area and our offices are based in Airdrie and Motherwell. A variety of shift patterns including day shifts, backshifts and weekends, you will be flexible in the hours and shifts you are available to work. The post will involve travel across various locations so a full driving licence and access to your own transport is required.
