Parentline is Scotland’s free helpline, email and web-chat service, for anyone caring for or concerned about a child. On contacting Parentline families have an opportunity to discuss any concerns they have with a trained call taker as part of our COSCA-recognised service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Scotland’s national family support service, Parentline. As part of the team, you’ll provide focused individual and group information, advice and support via our volunteer staffed helpline.
This is a part time, fixed term post, funded initially until 31 January 2021. Please indicate on your application what your preferred hours would be.
Hours to be worked flexibly to suit the needs of the service including evenings and weekends, if required.
Closing date: Friday 28 August 2020 at noon. It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 14 September 2020.
