We are recruiting a brand new role within Sense Scotland – Head of Charitable Services. In post you will lead our value-added services, join our Senior Management Team (SMT) and report directly to our Executive Director.
We want you to review our current value-added services offer within the organisation, to make sure we are meeting our objectives, matching our values and ensuring the services we deliver have the reach and impact we need. We’d also like you to develop our offer.

Our value-added services allow us to offer family advisory, vital social interaction opportunities, access to groups/activities and ongoing daily support within our centres and the community for the people we support and their family’s lifetime.

You will oversee the service delivery of our value-added projects, ensuring we are meeting the strategic vision for each area of work.
You will take the lead on project reporting, ensuring that we capture evidence on project performance and delivery, to allow us to reflect on project outcomes.
As Head of Charitable Services you will lead on the development and implementation of our future added-value strategy, driving income generation in conjunction with the Head of Fundraising and working with the wider SMT to ensure our added-value service delivery complements the wider organisation.
We have big plans for the future and in this key post you will lead and support on our ambitious strategy and development plans for Sense Scotland.
