Role

The post aims to improve health outcomes for vulnerable members of the Polish community living in Edinburgh.

The post holder will be employed by Health All Round, a community health initiative which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in the South West area of Edinburgh.

Taking a person centred approach, the post holder will support Polish people referred by statutory and voluntary sector colleagues to: identify issues affecting their health & wellbeing; identify personal outcomes and priorities; overcome barriers to achieving goals; support access & engagement with local and national agencies & services.

(The post is essentially a mixture of community development and crisis management).
