Role

Potential Living is a charity based in Motherwell, providing Self Directed Support Services in the North Lanarkshire Council Area.

We are looking for an individual with significant experience in Social Care to join our Management Team.

As a Service Manager you will combine a thorough knowledge of social care practice with leadership, team management and service development skills.

Our Service Managers are responsible and accountable for maintaining high quality standards by delivering effective leadership and management to individual support teams, ensuring safe and effective provision through the promotion of outcomes focused person-centred approaches.

Service Managers also monitor and promote compliance with all relevant legislation, contracts, service specifications and local policies to ensure that practice reflects the requirements of the individuals we support and of our other key stakeholders and external partners.
