Role

Become part of Rite to Work – a new community project for young people.

Rite to Work provides support and training for small groups of S4 pupils (from two local secondary schools) to help them become ready for a job, apprenticeship or college course when they leave.

The successful candidate will support the Lead Coach to deliver this training programme throughout the 2022/23 school year.

Key requirements:

  • someone who is confident in teenage company and is aware of the kind of challenges they can face
  • a sympathetic and calming manner – and a good listener
  • resourceful – good at making connections and finding solutions
  • good administrative skills
