The Rape and Sexual Abuse Service Highland (RASASH) are seeking 2 x Advocacy Workers to join our existing team (28 hrs/21 hrs per week). The Advocacy Workers will enable RASASH to continue providing high quality, person centred advocacy services across Highland. You will join an enthusiastic team of experienced Advocacy Workers and will report to the Team Leader.
RASASH is a feminist, survivor-led organisation. This means that we are accountable, first and foremost, to survivors and our work is underpinned by a feminist analysis of sexual violence. As an Advocacy Worker, you will work alongside service-users to represent their rights, choices, and interests. You will have a strong belief in empowerment and inclusion and be passionate about ensuring survivors have access to the services they need.
Our office is based in Inverness, but hybrid working arrangements are currently in place.
