About the role

This is an exciting time to join Caledonia Housing Association.

We have launched our ambitious programme of business transformation. Our vision, ethos and purpose will ensure that Caledonia puts the needs and requirements of our customers first whilst providing homes and services that make life better.

We require a Head of Frontline Services to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this programme by leading and managing staff across the Customer Services Directorate.

We need someone who can think and act creatively to produce service improvements, has the talent to build a positive and enthusiastic solutions based team culture and has the energy and ability to work at pace to deliver results.

You will have had experience of leading on customer service and policy development initiatives and have the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor multi- disciplinary staff teams to achieve our customer service aspirations.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have operated at a managerial or leadership level, have produced and developed reports for governing or executive bodies and have had responsibility for operational and corporate key performance indicators and budgetary control.
