FAREs Employability team provide industry accredited training and support to members of the local and wider community to access further education, training and/or employment. The post holder will work closely with the Employability Manager to ensure high quality Early Years programmes are delivered to achieve their aims for the candidates. The Early Years Employability Keyworker will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating experiential training for young people who are interested in a career within the Early Years sector. They will also be responsible for forming relationships with key stakeholders within the sector including the FARE Play nursery.
