Partners for Inclusion was established in 2004 as an independent charity providing individualised support for people with learning disabilities and/or mental ill health.
We have continuously strived to ensure the individuals have control over their own lives through self-directed support no matter what their personal circumstances. Creating and maintaining an ordinary life for all through inclusion and the promotion of independence is at the heart of what we do.

Essential to the role:
As a Development Leader you will be involved in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the people we support, staff, families and other agencies whilst keeping up-to-date with developments in social care.
A vital part of the role is to coach and mentor support practitioners to remain motivated and engaged and ensure a high-quality professional service is delivered to the people we support.
